Order Processing

If your order is received before 11am central time Mon-Friday and we have available inventory, it will ship the next day. Our goal is to process orders and send a shipping confirmation between 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. During Holidays and weekends please allow 3-5 business days of processing time.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches without tons of preservatives, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds. All Sales Are Final. However if your product was damaged via shipping, we bear some responsiblity. 


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, meaning cracked jar/bottles and removed lids/caps where the product spilled out, please take pictures of the item(s) and the package it came in . Damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item on account of a packaging error on our part, we are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will ship you the correct product & include a return label for the one that was incorrectly shipped.


Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped
